The Tucson Concert Band is a 501(c)(3) non profit Arizona Corporation and relies heavily on the support of private, business and government donations. The financial support we receive helps to cover many operational expenses, including our uniforms, rehearsal and performance space rental, music and equipment purchase, printing and copying, rehearsal and performance space rental and many other ongoing expenses. Ultimately, your contributions make possible the many public performances the band gives every year, as well as its outreach and educational activities. All of our musicians are volunteers.

You can also help the Tucson Concert Band in a number of other ways as follows:
- Donation of no longer needed musical instruments, especially brass and woodwind instruments, will be used by the band, given to deserving students, or sold to get revenue for the band.
Contact band to make such a donation or to make an inquiry.
- Donation of any appreciated property such as stocks, automobiles or real estate.
- Wills and Trusts Please remember the Tucson Concert Band in your will or trust by naming the Tucson Concert Band as a beneficiary. There is no minimum amount and any such contribution is very much appreciated. Let us know if you have any questions in this regard. We will be very happy to work with your professional advisors to facilitate their review of your gift.
All donations to the Band of $25 or more will be formally recognized with a "Thank You Letter" that can serve as a receipt for tax purposes. We will also be recognizing all gifts in our concert programs and on this web site as follows:
1. Howard Beaver Founder's Circle - for an annual gift of $500 or more on
either an individual or corporate level.
--corporate logos (if desired) and individual names (if desired) will be included in concert programs and
on this web site. Exact amount of individual gifts will not publicly exposed.
--Each Member of the Founder's Circle will be recognized at all concerts.
2. Friends of the Tucson Concert Band - for an annual gift of less than $500.
--Contributors of at least $25 will be listed on the web site and in concert programs.
--The Friends will be recognized as a group at all concerts.
